O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to Judicial Magistrate Court, Eraniel, Kanyakumari District to complete the the trial process in C.C.No.342 of 2020 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. After completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed for the offences Sections 325, 294(b), 323, 324, 427, 506(i) IPC in C.C.No.342 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel on 25.04.2019. The case is of the year 2020. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that he is working in Dubai and he came to India to attend the temple festival. At that time this case has been foisted against him. Because of the pendency of this case, he is not able to go abroad and to join his job. On that ground, the petitioner seeks early disposal.

3. Heard both sides.

4. It appears that the grievance of the petitioner is genuine and reasonable one. Considering his job nature, there shall be a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9348 of 2021 direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, Kanyakumar District to expedite the trial process and complete the same within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After disposal of the case, compliance report shall be sent to the Registry.
