ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.2. He was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.06.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 188, 436 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.119 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
2.It appears that the petitioner is said to have been detained under Act 14 of 1982.
3.Hence, this criminal original petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to renew his application at the moment the detention order is quashed.
