ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The detenue was produced before us on 22.06.2016 by the Inspector of Police, Karaikudi South Police Station. 2.The detenue informed us that she was not in illegal custody and that she wanted to go with her father, the third respondent herein. Since, the petitioner was not present in Court, the learned counsel appearing for him requested to post the matter to day so as to enable him to appear.

also appeared before us. The detenue told us in the presence of the petitioner that she is not in illegal custody and that she wanted to go with the third respondent, who is none other than her biological father.

4.The detenue is a major. She is set at liberty. 5.The habeas corpus petition is closed with the above observation.
