[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The third respondent produced the detenu before us. According to the detenu, he left the native place to Bombay in connection with employment without informing the petitioner. The detenu informed us that now he wanted to go with the petitioner.

2. The detenu is a major. He is set at liberty.

3. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
