O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The Inspector of Police, Bazaar Police Station produced the detenu viz., Thiru.A.S.Gnanaprakasam, who is stated to be the brother of the petitioner.

2. According to the detenu, he sustained injury at his own home and thereafter, he was admitted in Apollo Hospital. He is now produced from Apollo Hospital. The petitioner also appeared before us. The petitioner had discussion with the detenu. The petitioner is also convinced that the detenu is not in illegal confinement. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The detenu is a major. He is set at free.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of with the above observation.
