Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to construct the Panchayat Office at Sathankulam Village and consequently direct the respondents to construct the Kuyavankudi Panchayat Office building in Kuyavankudi Village and to function the same at Kuyavankudi, based on the villagers' representation dated 12.01.2015.
