Kalimuthu : Respondents This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to issue a direction, directing the respondents police to produce the person or body of the petitioner's wife namely Amutha, aged 26 years and his son namely Sivan Rajan, aged 3 years before this Court and set her them liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The second respondent produced the detenue by name Amutha along with her 3 years old child by name Sivan Rajan before us. 2.The detenue by name Amutha is the wife of the petitioner. She informed us that on account of certain misunderstanding and violence inflicted on her by the petitioner, she left the matrimonial home and is residing elsewhere.

4.We have examined the petitioner also.

5.The detenue is a major. She is set at liberty. The child is presently staying with the detenue. It is open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. 6.The habeas corpus petition is closed with the above observation.
