Prayer in CRP(MD)No.SR.5475/2018:- Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 22.11.2017 passed in I.A.No.731 of 2017 in O.S.No.76 of 2015, on the file of the District Munsif of Virudhunagar, by allowing this Civil Revision Petition and to grant such other reliefs that this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.JESSI JEEVA PRIYA, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 137 days in representing the returned papers.

Being satisfied the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a cost of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund, within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition and post the same before this Court.
