(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The detenue appeared before us. The detenue informed us that she is not in illegal custody. She wanted to go with the respondents 3 and 4, who are her biological parents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2,The learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 submitted that the son of the petitioner earlier filed a habeas corpus

petition in H.C.P.(MD) No.519 of 2016, directing the production of the very same detenue. The petition was dismissed by this Court. Thereafter, the present petition is filed without disclosing the earlier initiation of habeas corpus proceedings. 3.The detenue is a major. She wanted to go with her parents. She is set at liberty.

4.The habeas corpus petition is closed with the above observation.
