This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report pertaining to Crime No.45 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police within a time stipulated by this Court. 1/4

The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that investigation in Crime No.45 of 2012 has been completed in the year 2013 itself and charge sheet has also been made ready. Hence, they seek a week time to file a final report before the jurisdictional Court..

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court directs the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.45 of 2012 within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
