[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that he married the third respondent and is not in illegal custody.

2. We have examined the petitioner, who appeared before us. The petitioner is not prepared to accept the third respondent as her daughter-in-law.

3. The detenu is a major. He is set at liberty.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
