: Respondents This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to issue a direction, calling for the entire records, connected with the detention order of the Respondent No.2 in No.17/BCDEFGISSSV/2016 dated 09.06.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely Manikandan, Son of Kanagaraj, aged about 22 years detained in Palayamkottai Central Prison before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
