Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2014 after issuing notice to the fourth respondent in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.12.2014 after issuing notice to the fourth respondent.

2. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, by the official respondents, on merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents would submit that the representation will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.12.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the fourth respondent as well as the other interested parties, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
