Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to conclude the proceedings as per the memorandum issued by the 2nd Respondent dated 21.01.2015 in O.Mu (Aa1)380/2015 in the light of communication of the 3rd Respondent dated 11.06.2008 in Na.Ka.No.A4/658/2008 within a time framed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the petitioner has purchased the property in S.No.5/6 at Sevalpatti Village, Kattukuthagai, Karisalkumam, Kariapatti, Virudhungar District through a registered sale deed dated 04.06.2011. Though the land is actually a natham land, in the revenue records, it is clssified as "Anathinam". In this regard, the second respondent has also recommended to the effect that since the said land has wrongly been classified as "Anathinam", it can be treated as "Natham land". Even thereafter, nothing had happened, though a representation is made in this record, resulting in filing of the present Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if a suitable direction is issued to the respondents to rectify the mistake committed in the revenue records.
5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that a appropriate orders would be passed in accordance with law.
6. Since the second and the third respondents have already communicated the issue in question at some length through their orders, there may not be any difficulty in passing the final order in respect of the grievance ventilated in this Writ Petition. Hence, the second and third respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
