This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in the order dated 03.04.2025 in Crl.MP(MD)No.1973 of 2025. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 09.04.2025, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government appearing for the respondent Police.

4.Since the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition is modified and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every month.

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
