This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the fourth respondent dated 28.03.2019 thereby rejecting the application for loan on the ground that the petitioner already crossed 60 years. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.In view of the above, the petitioner's son and daughter are at liberty to apply fresh and on receipt of the same, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law forthwith.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
