ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 19.07.2018, within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the submissions made on either side.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the fancy number for which he applied and paid fees was not given to him.

4. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 5 would submit that the fancy number, as requested by the petitioner, was allotted to him.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed, as there is nothing further to adjudicate. No costs.
