Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2015 based on the directions already issued by the Government in letter No.6025/CL1/2014 dated 19.03.2014 within a specified time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2015 based on the directions already issued by the Government in letter No.6025/CL1/2014 dated 19.03.2014 within a specified time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.02.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
