The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to strictly comply with the mandatory Government norms and guidelines, remove or mill the existing old paver block road in Ward-16, Soosaiyappar North Street, Panagudi - 627 109, and further laying a new Interlocking paver blocks road in G.O.Ms.No.130 of the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department dated 12.09.2018, based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2026.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the respondents 1 and 2 will consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2026 within a time frame.
