RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased toextend the time limit fixed by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P.No.4733 of 2018 dated 27/06/2018 in Crl.O.P.No.17182 of 2017 dated 13/12/2017 for the petitioners to execute the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, Tirunelveli District and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.BASKAR MATHURAM, Advocate for M/S.MATHURAM LAW ASSOCIATES, for the petitioners and of Mrs.M.ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate (criminal side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time imposed in Crl.M.P (MD).No.4733 of 2018 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17182 of 2017, dated 27.06.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
