ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner, who is a practising lawyer, has come forward to file this writ petition seeking a direction to consider the representation for transfer of lands to be used as a playground for the school.
2. Today, placing reliance upon the additional affidavit filed, the petitioner stated that lands are available in S.Nos.286/3, 283/4, 868/1. Therefore, these lands can be looked into for the aforesaid purpose.
3. Considering the said submission, the respondent No.3 is directed to issue notice to the petitioner indicating the date of inspection, so that the petitioner can accompany him. After the aforesaid exercise, which we expect it to be done within eight weeks 2/4
from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the respondent No.3 shall take a call on the place to be identified for the purpose of creation of a playground.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
