The present revision petition has been filed by the decree holder in O.S.No.13 of 2007 on the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi 1/4

District for expeditious disposal of his final decree application in I.A.No. 1 of 2023.

2. A perusal of the record shows that the 1st respondent in the final decree application has passed away and I.A.No.2 of 2023 has been filed for impleading the legal heirs.

3. In view of the fact that the preliminary decree is of the year 2009, this Court is inclined to direct the Sub Court, Kovilpatti to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2023 on or before 30.09.2024 after giving due opportunity to the parties.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
