PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceeding in MEDOFXM-MED-COURT-V1-17/31699/D.800 dated 05.06.2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondent to regularize the services of the petitioner as Staff Nurse at V.O.C Tuticorin Port Trust Hospital, Tuticorin, taking into consideration of the length of service rendered by the petitioner with effect from the date of her initial appointment within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
