Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in connection with the impugned provisional selection list prepared by him for certificate verification and oral test for appointment to the post of Forest Apprentice vide his Proceedings No.Nil dated 12.04.2019 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Clause 10 of his own Notification dated 04.07.2018 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to prepare a fresh Provisional Selection List for certificate verification and oral test by including the petitioner's register number based on his qualification in the written examination and the physical test and thereby consider his case for appointment to the post of Forest Apprentice within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The provisional selection list for the post of Forest Apprentice prepared for the purpose of certificate verification and oral test dated 12.04.2019 is under challenge in the present writ petition.

WP(MD)No.11149 of 2019 2.Pending writ petition, the certificate verification and the oral test was completed and the final list of selected candidates was also published on 20.08.2019 and the individuals were also issued with appointment orders.
3.As such, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. 4.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he intends to challenge the final selection list as well as the appointment orders of the individuals. 5.In connection with the said submission, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition subject to the condition that the petitioner impleads some selected candidates individually and not under the representative capacity. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
