(MD) No. 5307 of 2022 in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 6126 of 2022, Dated. 27.04.2022.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ALAGESH KUMAR V, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5307 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6126 of 2022 on 27.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.5307 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6126 of 2022 on 27.04.2022 is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.6518 of 2022 modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
