To direct the Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi to take secure the accused/respondent in view of the Judgment of this Honble Court in Crl.RC(MD)No.596/2019 dated 17/11/2023, confirming the Judgment of the Trial Court in CC No.4336/2011 and lower Appellate Court in Crl.A.No.113 of 2023 dated 24.10.2018.

ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after submitting a brief file, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition with liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law, and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
