Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the Petitioner's Representation dated 25.11.2013 based on the recommendation made by the 1st Respondent in Memo Moo.Mu.Aa6/732/14 dated 03.04.2014 under Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act and to issue Patta in favour of the Petitioner name in respect of the land situated in Survey No.11/6 Pillaiyar Natham Village Kovilpatti Taluk Tuticorin District. The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the Petitioner's Representation dated 25.11.2013 based on the recommendation made by the 1st Respondent in Memo Moo.Mu.Aa6/732/14 dated 03.04.2014 under Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act and to issue Patta in favour of the Petitioner's name in respect of the land situated in Survey No.11/6 Pillaiyar Natham Village Kovilpatti Taluk Tuticorin District.

2. Mrs.S.Bharathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if a direction is given to the second respondent to issue patta based on the recommendation of the first respondent, dated 03.04.2014.
5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that a suitable direction may be given to the respondents.
6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2013 based on the recommendation made by the first Respondent in Memo Moo.Mu.Aa6/732/14 dated 03.04.2014, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
