ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The writ petitioner joined the respondent Corporation as driver. He met with an accident in September 2021. He suffered injury on his hip. The petitioner therefore seeks alternative employment. He was referred to the medical board. The opinion of the medical board was not furnished to the petitioner. The petitioner has given a representation in this regard.
3. The second respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate order on the petition mentioned representation in the light of the opinion of the medical board. The copy of the report of the medical board shall be provided to the petitioner herein. If the opinion is not in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner can question the same also. The order of the second respondent shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4
