This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.1088 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned III Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 21.04.2026, I called for a report from the learned III Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai. He has sent a report dated 01.06.2026 stating that he will dispose of O.S.No.1088 of 2024 within a period of six months. Consequently, the learned III Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai is requested to dispose of O.S.No.1088 of 2024 within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
