PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action in accordance with law against the 3rd respondent for her illegal acts of construction by violating the interim order in I.A.No.2 of 2022 in O.S.No.12 of 2022 on the file of the District Munsif of Thiruppathur by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 10.05.2022. This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action in accordance with law against the third respondent for her illegal acts of construction by violating the interim order in I.A.No.2 of 2022 in O.S.No.12 of 2022 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Thiruppathur by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 10.05.2022.

W.P(MD)No.11369 of 2022 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Cr.No.41 of 2022 under Sections 294(b) and 323 of IPC against the third respondent and the enquiry is still pending.

3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Writ Petition stands closed. The second respondent police is hereby directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take necessary action in this matter.
