*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that he went to Ahamadabad in search of an employment. The police informed him about the Habeas Corpus Petition filed by his mother and as such, he has come back to Tirunelveli.

2. The detenu wanted to go with the petitioner.

3. We have examined the petitioner also.

4. The detenu is a major. He is set at liberty.

5. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
