This Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned proceedings issued by the second respondent in RTPL/MRPL 03/2019, dated 19.03.2019.

W.P.(MD)No.11162 of 2019 learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent has filed a counter affidavit stating that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and in Paragraph No.5 of the said counter affidavit, it is stated as follows:
