[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition is taken up for hearing, pursuant to the memo filed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
2. The second respondent produced the detenu before us. The detenu informed us that she married the third respondent herein and is residing with him. The detenu further informed us that she is a major and wanted to go with the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. This Habeas Corpus Petition has got a chequered history. The person, who assisted the petitioner to marry the third
respondent, was murdered.
4. The detenu is a major. She is set at liberty.
5. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
