This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the respondent dated 04.03.2019 and consequently direct the respondent to grant the license for the petitioner's Mill at Door No.9/1/74, Dindigul Road, Backside of Roja Lodge, Singampunari, Sivagangai District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
