By consent, the writ petitions itself are taken up for final disposal. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would suffice if the representations of the petitioners are disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners, dated 31.03.2015 and 30.03.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
