The petitioner, aggrieved by patta issued to the fourth respondent has made an application to the second respondent seeking cancellation of the said patta in the name of the fourth respondent. In this regard, the petitioner has given representation on 26.09.2024.

2.Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 26.09.2024, in accordance with law and on merits, after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as fourth respondent within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
