Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pass final order on the enquiry report dated 05.01.2015 and the explanation of the petitioner dated 26.03.2015 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pass final order on the enquiry report dated 05.01.2015 and the explanation of the petitioner dated 26.03.2015 within a time frame.

2.Mr.D.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if final order shall be passed on basis of the enquiry report dated 05.01.2015 and the explanation of the petitioner dated 26.03.2015, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the first respondent is directed to pass final order on the basis of the enquiry report dated 05.01.2015 and the explanation of the petitioner dated 26.03.2015 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
