Subordinate Court, Avinashi and transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Oddanchatram, Dindigul District. 2.Eventhough notice is served in the application, the respondent has not chosen to appear before this Court. 3.On a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the application, the wife is pleading hardship as she is now residing along with her parents at Reddiapatti, Periyakottai Post, Oddachatram Taluk, Dindigul District.

4.Considering the said hardship pleaded by the wife, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 12.07.2024 NCC : Yes / No sji 2/4
