Respondent PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to accept the applications from the members submitted by the petitioner Trade Union for registration, renewal, claim petitions, etc by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2015 within the period stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to accept the applications from the members submitted by the petitioner Trade Union for registration, renewal, claim petitions, etc., by considering the his representation dated 10.05.2015 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.R.Velmurugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.05.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ appropriate orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
