3.The grievance of the petitioner is that there has been absolutely no progress since the revision has been preferred before the first respondent.

4.Considering the limited relief sought for, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to hear the revision, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and other interested parties, within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
