ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) The Inspector of Police, Melapalayam Police Station, Tirunelveli, has filed an affidavit indicating that the detenu was arrested in Cr.No.437 of 2016, on 24.06.2016, and produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli City, who in turn remanded him in judicial custody.

2. In view of the subsequent events relating to the arrest of the detenu and his remand, nothing survives for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
