(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the appeal has been preferred before the District Revenue Officer (DRO).
2. In view of the fact that the enquiry is pending before the District Revenue Officer (DRO), the parties are at liberty to raise all their grounds before the District Revenue Officer (DRO) concerned.
3. With the above liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
