O R D E R
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No. 339 of 2024 pending on the file of the second respondent and to file a Final Report.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that the investigation is pending and they are unable to identify the offending vehicle so far. However, they will complete the investigation and file Final Report within two months.
3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, recording the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the second respondent to complete the investigation and file Final Report within a period of two months from the date of this order.
4. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
