(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J) The second respondent produced the detenue before us. The detenue by name Nandhini appeared before us along with the child aged one year and 3 months. The detenue is prepared to go with the petitioner. However, the petitioner is not prepared to take her.
