ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 02.02.2024, in W.P(MD)No.2261 of 2024 by the respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.2261 of 2024, dated 02.02.2024, is complied with and he has placed before me the proceedings dated nil.06.2025 signed on 27.06.2025. He further submitted that the petitioner's claim for arrears is rejected for want of financial concurrence from the Government. 3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
