O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that a similar complaint was pending before the 4th respondent and after enquiry, the same was closed. Thereafter, one more complaint is given by the 3rd respondent. Based on the same, the respondent Police is harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 has submitted that the respondent Police completed the investigation and the report is pending for approval of the superior officer and the respondent Police would complete all the formalities within a period of two weeks.

4.The same is recorded and since the issue between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent has already been dissolved by the 4th respondent and the report is pending for approval of the superior officer, no further orders are 2/4

required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
