ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation from the 2nd respondent police in crime no.32/2023 dated 05.03.2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent police or any other competent officers
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the matter has been investigated and final report has been filed as 'Further Action Dropped' and RCS notice also served on the petitioner.
3. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to take action inaccordance with law, if the petitioner is aggrieved in respect of closure report.
