O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] This matter is originally posted on 14 July, 2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a mention before us today that the police secured the detenu and is prepared to produce her before this Court. Thereafter, a memo to that effect was filed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2. The father of the detenu appeared before us along with the detenu. The detenu informed us that she left Madurai along with third respondent to Hyderabad. According to the detenu, her parents and the parents of the third respondent agreed to give her in marriage to the third respondent. The detenu wanted to go with her father, by name Karim, who is present in Court today.

3. The detenu is a major. She is set at liberty.

4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
