[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The second respondent produced the detenu before us. According to the detenu, she left the residence with an idea to marry the third respondent. Since the third respondent has not completed the age of 21 years, the marriage was postponed. 2. We have examined the petitioner also.
3. The detenu is a major. She is set at liberty.
4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with the above observation.
