Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey and demarcate the property comprised in Survey No.267-12 measuring an extent of 0.01.0 Ars situated in Karayoor Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukottai District on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 14.05.2015 within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court and direct the second respondent to provide adequate Police protection to survey the subject land.

This writ petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to survey and demarcate the property comprised in Survey No.267-12 measuring an extent of 0.01.0 Ars situated in Karayoor Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Pudukottai District on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 14.05.2015 within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court and direct the second respondent to provide adequate Police protection to survey the subject land.

2. Without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14/5/2015 and pass orders on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
